心咳，为病名。咳则胸痹心痛，喉中如梗，甚则咽肿的病症。《素问·咳论》：“心咳之状，咳则心痛，喉中介介梗状，甚则咽肿喉痹。”十咳之一。《诸病源候论·咳嗽病诸候》五曰心咳：“咳而唾血，引手少阴是也。”五嗽之一。《叁因极一病证方论》卷十二：“喜伤心者，咳而喉中介介如肿状，甚则咽肿喉痹，名为心咳。”
