马缉熙（生卒年代不详），字穆堂，清代官员，河北万全城人。因三子相继去世而辞官，代表作有《周甲吟秋十五首》等。终年62岁。

马缉熙 ( ？ - ？ ) 生卒年代不详，字穆堂，河北万全城人。爱新觉罗·旻宁二年 (1822) 中进士，任内阁中书。三年 (1823) 春辞官归里，曾学卜医方诸书，所阅《四书》、《五经》均有详批。十年 (1830) 应官绅所聘，任万全嘉禾书院主讲。同治二年 (1863) ，因连殇三子而辞官，终隐居不出，著有《周甲吟秋十五首》及《泪墨录》等，皆抒怀一生经历。卒年六十二岁。
