蔡约(442～485年)南齐大臣。济阳考城(今兰考县)人，妻为宋武帝女安吉公主。

个人经历

初任太祖司空东阁祭酒、太尉主薄。入齐，为世子中舍人，迁司徒左长史、侍中。刘庄时为录尚书辅政，加冠军将军。性好饮酒，不与世杂。后迁太子詹事，卒赠太常。
