子内亲王（1005年-1048年），日本第六十七代三条天皇氏与藤原娍子皇后的第二皇女，与敦明亲王、敦仪亲王、敦平亲王、当子内亲王同母。

1013年被封为内亲王。1020年，她嫁给了关白藤原教通。1029年，被授予正二品。禔子内亲王是平安时代的内亲王，属于御堂流。

禔子内亲王在1048年（永承三年）去世，享年43岁。
