木下昌直（假名：きのした まさなお，罗马字：Kinoshita Masanao，？—1584年5月4日（天正十二年3月24日）？），日本战国武将，龙造寺隆信的家臣，龙造寺四天王之一。

生平经历

木下昌直是京都人士，因仰慕龙造寺隆信的武勇而成为其家臣。天正十二年（1584年），冲田缀之战时隶属于锅岛直茂，做为别动队参战。接到主公龙造寺隆信阵亡的消息后，说服锅岛直茂离开战场，在目送其撤退后冲入敌阵，其后生死不明（亦有传木下昌直战死）。
