茶可乐是将我国传统的红茶与现代流行的可乐型风味融为一体的一种含茶可乐型饮料。

研制

该产品于1985-1986年由中国农业科学院茶叶研究所研制成功，主要组成成分均为植物性原料，茶叶、糖、酸、鲜味剂、增色剂、增香剂等，用配比的方法调制而成的。

品质特点

香味浓醇，酸甜适宜，杀口感强，呈琥珀色，澄清透明无混浊，具有可乐型产品的外观和风味。
