周昭，字恭远，颍川（今河南省禹州市）人，生年不详，约卒于吴永安中。

人物生平

他曾担任孙吴中书郎，与韦曜、薛莹、华覈、梁广并述《吴书》。在孙休时代因坐事下狱，华核上表求情未果，最后周昭遭到伏法。

主要作品

他的著作有《周子》九篇和《新论》。
