纲纪村位于溪尾乡西面，北临西滨镇，南临埔宁，海拔150米，距福州－银川高速公路洋中互通口仅16公里，交通十分便利。全村土地总面积10158亩，7个村民小组，共有277户，989人。耕地面积1532亩，林地面积8567亩，是典型的山区农业村，每年粮食产量720吨，森林覆盖率85%以上。现为新农村示范村、全国林改推广村。
