皮脂腺腺瘤是一种多分叶的皮脂腺变异肿瘤，临床罕见。多发性皮脂腺腺瘤提示内脏恶性肿瘤尤其是胃肠道恶性肿瘤的可能。男女均可发病，常见于50岁以上的男性患者。本病发病机制尚不明确。皮脂腺腺瘤的治疗主要是手术切除。皮脂腺腺瘤影响美观，部分皮损可出现破损，可继发感染。皮脂腺腺瘤经过手术治疗后，预后较好。
