印鸾章爱国文人，其笔名印水心，1883年生于盐城市，北京大学毕业，曾任北大教授。

简介

印鸾章 1909年到上海工作，先后担任过上海商务印书馆、中国图书公司校理，《神州日报》、《民权报》、《新闻报》主笔及上海广学会编辑，他翻译和校刊过100多种书籍。1919年他为家乡编写了《盐城县乡土地理》和《盐城县乡土历史》，为盐城当时中学教材，深得盐城教育界的好评。他在”文革”中病逝于苏州市。
