做法：

1、猪里脊肉洗净，切成2厘米厚片，以肉槌棒拍打均匀；

2、大蒜去皮切末，放入碗内，加入猪肉片及白糖、五香粉腌20分钟；

3、烤盘内铺一张锡箔纸，上涂一层油，放入猪肉片，用烤箱设定200度，烤15分钟即可，即可端出；

4、小黄鱼洗净切片，放在烤好的猪肉片上即可。
