尹国公赵叔充，武当侯赵承寿孙，冯侯赵克脩子。父早世，异母弟叔瑁甚幼，叔充拊视诲敕成人。先是，继母无叙封法，叔充请于朝，诏从之，遂为定制。藏书至万卷。子九人，登科者三。卒官唐州防御使，赠崇信军节度使、尹国公，谥孝齐。遗表祈任子，有司格不下，子抚之抗章自列，乞如外官法。朝廷从其请。
