南刘家庄位于沂源县南麻镇南4公里处沂河南岸。1494人，27个姓氏，崔姓为主，王姓次之。耕地850亩，山滩388亩，属河谷平坦地。

简介

南刘家庄以经营农业为主、兼营工副、林果。产小麦、玉米、苹果、蚕茧。工副业收入10万元。据《许氏家谱》载：“始祖于明洪武年间（1398年），由冀州枣强县迁发至莱芜居住，二世祖复迁于此。”村名来历与历史沿革同北刘家庄。
