位于洛浦县恰尔巴格乡乡政府驻地东北28公里，地属沙漠，北部紧靠大沙漠，风沙大，干热，辖一个自然村，62户，207人，以农为主。

耕地654亩，主产小麦、玉米，兼作油料、棉花，有小学一所，以驻地村得名。

1959年开荒，1960年命名为星火公社荒地农场二大队，1978年改称恰瓦克公社英阿瓦提县村委会。
