潘鸿鼎（1863-1915年），字铸禹，宝山区（今属上海市）人，清朝政治人物，潘光旦之父。曾在进士馆优等法政毕业，任翰林院编修。光绪三十四年，建立宝山县清丈局，任局长，制定清丈章程百余条。
