王小强，1976年河南科技大学拖拉机专业7302班毕业，1996年获英国剑桥大学博士学位。曾任国家经济体制改革委员会中国经济体制研究所常务副所长、研究员，现任香港理工大学中国商业中心研究员，粤海金融投资公司董事长顾问。
