高各庄村位于北京市顺义区杨镇南部，现有住户270户，人口750人，耕地面积745亩。

明代成村。因居民高姓居多，故名。抗日战争时期，隶属抗日联合县，为抗日游击区，化名为“下店”。1946年2月后属顺义县。1949年4月划属顺义县第二区。
