鞍上生殖细胞瘤是发生在颅内鞍区部位的一种罕见恶性肿瘤。儿童和青少年是本病的好发人群。目前病因尚不明确。常见的起病表现是多饮多尿、发育迟缓和视力进行性下降。放化疗是主要的治疗手段。如未能及时发现和有效治疗，可导致死亡。
