夏丘郡，中国南北朝时期的行政区划，由北齐设立，治所位于今泗县。北周时期，夏丘县改为晋陵县，仍为郡治。隋开皇三年，夏丘郡被废除，晋陵县直属宋州。

北齐置夏丘郡，治夏丘县（安徽泗县城关镇东）。北周大象元年，改夏丘县为晋陵县，仍为郡治，领夏丘县1 个县。隋开皇二年（582），废郡。
