漕河镇驻地，地属平原，面积1302亩，人口1210人。

村名由来

本村靠近古淮安盐河，原称漕河埠。明、清以前，漕河可通航运。按“漕”字本义就是由水路运送粮米，古称运粮河为漕河。此村位处河东岸，是集散货运的码头，故名。
