熊祥，明朝贵州偏桥长官司（今施秉县）人。朱祁镇天顺年间（公元1457-1464年）举人。朱见深成化十九年（公元1487年）进士。累官广西按察司事，廉明有声，《黔诗纪略》录其诗二首。
