口足画家，是指使用口咬画笔，或是脚拿画笔方式创作的画家。创作的范围和一般职业画家没有什么不同，但创作的历史却都布满学习的辛酸。多数口足画家都是因意外或生病失去了双手，或双脚，或双手双脚。并在困顿沮丧中找到了以绘画为职业和重振信心的选择。

口足画家有自己的组织和协会，其中最大的是在1956年成立的国际口足画艺协会AMFPA﹙Association of Mouth and Foot Painting Artists﹚。一开始主要是由瑞士和德国的口足画家们组成，目前成员则遍及全球。
