萧国琦，是清朝官员，于1747年上任台湾府儒学训导，隶属于台湾道台湾府，为台湾清治时期的地方官员。

台湾府儒学训导，主要从事台湾府境内之教育行政部分，受台湾府儒学教授制约，该官职亦通常为闽籍，语言可与台湾人互作沟通，事实上，教学上也以闽语为主，官话为辅。
