烟台东龙国际集装箱码头有限公司（ YRDICT ）由国际集装箱码头服务（香港）有限公司（ ICTSI Hong Kong ）收购原烟台港通货柜码头有限公司 60% 股权后重新注册的中外合资企业。股东各方与 2007 年 1 月 9 日正式签署合资合同，于 2007 年 2 月 28 日获得中外合资企业法人营业执照， 2007 年 4 月 1 日起正式由 ICTSI 接管运营。2010年2月，中方股东又发生置换和变更。

目前股权结构如下：

· ICTSI Hong Kong ： 60%

· 烟台港股份有限公司： 40%

目前的业务范围包括：

· 经营内外贸集装箱码头；

· 内外贸集装箱货物、大件散杂货、滚装货物的装卸业务；

· 集装箱中转、堆存、保管、拆装、修洗、冷藏箱预检业务；

· 保税仓储及港内短途运输业务；

· 集装箱港口物流服务。
