余福（生卒年不详），字万祥，是明朝的一位政治人物，出生于惠安县。

人物生平

他在明朝永乐四年（1406年）的进士考试中名列三甲第三十五名，后被任命为行人，出使交州，招降当地土司。在政治生涯中，余福因弹劾权要而被诬陷，但朱棣因其正直无私，亲自为其平反。然而，他最终因被排挤而离职。
