饶元亮（780～805），名素，字惟寅，唐天宝时任浙东安抚，两考转任浙西安抚，赐紫金鱼袋，封光禄大夫。

先家世饶平阳，避晋乱迁江西饶州，居鄱阳白干，士处南京市。晚年归寓南城蓝田乡。

妣□氏、黄氏，俱封一品夫人，生五子：饶汉宁、饶汉乘、饶汉雨、饶汉由、饶汉典。兄弟因战乱徙迁非常。惟汉宁公仍居临川之仙源乡。
