失曹河位于安徽省庐江县龙桥镇境内（原缺口镇内）

庐江历史悠久。据《县志》记载，庐江“汉名舒，属庐江郡，隋初皇置庐江县”，迄今已有一千四百余年。

庐江县的龙桥镇留有许多与三国有关的古迹和传说，失曹河相传为曹操兵败走失的地方，梅林相传为曹操望梅止渴的典型出处。
