吴昌寿（1810－1867）字仁甫，号少村。嘉兴人。清朝官员。

道光二十五年（1845）乙巳恩科进士。官连平县州知州、广东政使、湖北巡抚、广西巡抚，颇有政迹。卒于官，死后，各地士民呈请入祀名宦。

淹贯经史，兼精小学，凡音律算法靡不通晓。所画山水，直逼王原祁（王原祁），然薄为末技不多作。
