陆费，原名恩洪，字玉泉，号春帆，浙江桐乡人，清朝政治人物，副贡出身。爱新觉罗·颙琰十三年成为副贡生，历任知县、知州、道员，后升至按察使、布政使、巡抚。爱新觉罗·旻宁十九年六月十六，由直隶按察使升任广西布政使，同年八月初七调任直隶布政使。道光二十三年五月六，升任湖南巡抚。道光二十九年闰四月初六，因丁母忧去职。陆费瑔有《真息斋诗钞》一书。
