《万氏女科》，书名。三卷。明·万全撰。刊于1549年。

分类介绍

卷一为总论及妇科杂病；

卷二为胎前诸病；

卷三为产后诸病。大抵“调经专以理气补心脾为主；胎前专以清热补脾为主；产后专以大补气血行滞为主。”

全书内容比较简要，切合临床实用。本书原收入《万密斋医学全书》，亦有单行本行世。
