金则恭，1949年1月出生于常德津市，男，汉族，1969年1月参加工作，1971年12月入党，曾任湖南省文化厅厅长、党组书记。

人物经历

1973年9月至1976年9月在四川大学，历史系本科毕业，1978年10月至1981年7月在中国中国社会科学院研究生院考古学系读研究生，获历史学硕士学位。

1985年5月调任湖南省文化厅副厅长。后任湖南省文化厅副厅长、党组副书记。

2003年3月任湖南省文化厅厅长、党组书记。

2012年2月13日中共湖南省委同意：省文化厅原厅长、党组书记金则恭同志退休。
