短尾蝠属（学名：Mystacina）是哺乳纲翼手目短尾蝠科的一属，是该科唯一的现存属。共有两种，均为新西兰特有种。其中，新西兰小短尾蝠是该群体中唯一确认存活的成员，而与之相关的新西兰大短尾蝠可能在1965年左右灭绝。此外，还有一种已知的中新世物种Mystacina miocenalis，生活在约19-16百万年前。
