金祺（1452~？），字崇厚，浙江处州府城关镇人，金忠子。有孝名，曾两次上疏当局，乞代父戍边，不许。成化二十年（1484），中甲辰科进士。弘治二年（1489），授合州（今四川合川)知州。七年，建王坚、张二公祠于钓鱼岛。任上“勤恤民，治绩彰闻，”入祀合州名宦祠。十年，提举泉州船舶司。后转衡州府（今衡阳市)知府，进阶亚中大夫。著有《避名稿》、《茅斋集》。
