菠菜粥是以菠菜为主料制成的粥品。

菜品特色

材料 菠菜、米各250克，食盐、味精各适量。

制法：将菠菜洗净，在沸水中烫一下，切段；粳米洗净置铝锅内，加水适量，煎熬至粳米熟时，将菠菜放入粥中，继续煎熬至粥时停火；再放入食盐、味精即成。
