石敬威，字奉信，高祖石敬瑭从弟，唐废帝时为彰圣右第三都指挥使，领常州市刺史。闻高祖举兵太原市，谓人曰“生而有死，人孰能免？吾兄方举大事，吾不可偷生取辱，见笑一时。”遂自杀。天福二年正月，赠敬威太傅。七年正月，追封敬威广王，赠太尉。出帝天福八年五月，加赠太师。
