首长级薪俸及服务条件常务委员会（简称首长级薪常会；英文：Standing Committee on directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service）于1963年成立，是香港政府专门负责处理就影响到一般香港公务员（纪律部队及香港司法机构除外）中的首长级公务员的事宜的一个公营机构，向香港特别行政区行政长官提出意见。首长级薪俸及服务条件常务委员会经常检讨首长级的结构（包括到首长级各职级以至层级的数目，及各职位及岗位的适当薪酬数额等等），包括为到方便考虑薪俸事宜而将各部门分组，以及首长级人员的其他工作条件，向行政长官提出相关的建议。首长级薪俸及服务条件常务委员会主席为雷添良。

首长级薪俸及服务条件常务委员会设立于金钟道89号力宝中心第2座7楼701室。
