杜陵郡是中国南北朝时期设置的一个行政区划单位，成立于萧衍大通年间，即公元527-528年。郡治所在杜陵县，位于今阳西县地区。隋朝开皇九年（589年），隋军灭陈后，杜陵郡被废除，其地域被划归高州市。
