拉姆拉是以色列的一座城市，位于以色列中北部，处于特拉维夫-雅法城镇群东南边缘的沙漠区中。为中央区的首府，人口约6.3万（2004年），其中犹太人占80%、阿拉伯人占20%。

原为公元716年由阿拉伯人建立的城市，1948~1949年中东战争后被以色列侵占。
