腺椒树目（Huerteales）是被子植物门的一个目，包含瘿椒树科（Tapisciaceae）、十齿花科（Dipentodontaceae）、柳红莓科（Gerrardinaceae）等4个科。APG IV系统认为腺椒树目属于核心真双子叶植物中蔷薇分支里的锦葵类；多识被子植物系统因此将其置于蔷薇亚纲蔷薇超目之下。腺椒树目的学名基名和下属的各个科的学名基名均不同（中文名基名因此也不同），是APG IV系统各个目中仅有的两个例外（另一个是川续断目）。

腺椒树目的学名Huerteales由腺椒树属（属瘿椒树科）学名Huertea的复合形式Huerte-加上表示目的等级后缀-ales构成。该词为复数形式，故在做主语时应与动词的复数形式搭配。

本目中文名亦由“腺椒树属”一名中的专名“腺椒树”加上“目”字构成。
