巴洲村位于湖南省永州市冷水滩区竹山桥镇，因湘江河中的小沙洲而得名。村委会驻庙山里，辖阿皮塘、小阿皮塘、白果院子（2个组）、竹山村、老屋、新屋、德田、伦甫等9个村民组。总面积1．98平方公里，耕地58．4公顷，159户，580人。
