云南省三花杜鹃（学名：Rhododendron triflorum sp. multiflorum）为杜鹃花科杜鹃属下的一个植物亚种，主要分布于云南中西部，生于海拔2500—3000米的高山栎灌丛、杜鹃苔藓植物林或混交林。云南三花杜鹃与原亚种三花杜鹃的主要区别在于花序多花，有花4-5朵或更多。其主要的花期在4月。模式标本采自景东无量山。
