高丽菜 80公克

红萝卜 30公克

洋葱 50公克

培根 3片

蕃茄 1/2颗

咖哩粉 1小匙

高汤 2杯

盐 1/2大匙

胡椒粉 少许

制作：

(1)高丽菜、红萝卜、洋葱、番茄切成细丝状，培根切丁备用。

(2)培根先乾煎过，再倒入高汤、蔬菜及所有调味料，先用大火烧开，再改小火煮15分钟即可。
