黄鳝粉是一道以大鳝鱼、黄酒等为主要食材制作的美食。

材料

大鳝鱼5条(每条500克以上)，黄酒适量。

做法

鳝鱼剖内脏，阴干，研成细粉，装瓶备用。每日服2次，每次15克，用黄酒2-3匙调匀用开水冲服。连用2个月为1疗程。
