沈冬魁（？－1530），字伯贞，号立斋，又号漳涯，直隶阜城县人。弘治三年（1490）进士，授中书舍人，历光禄卿，裁浮靡供费。正德十三年（1518）升右副都御史巡抚河南省，条例兴革事宜，揭榜示众，无不贴伏。召任户部右侍郎，嘉靖二年（1523）十月迁南京市礼部尚书。

嘉靖七年四月二十五日致仕，嘉靖九年十一月三十日卒。
