谷倚，唐朝文学家，魏州昌乐人（今河北省临漳县）。他的生年不详，约在李显神龙元年前后在世。他是谷那律之子，曾任太原市主簿。他的文词在当时享有声望，与富嘉谟、吴少微并称“北京市三杰”。他的作品有文集十卷，其中《两唐书志》传于世。
