陈德曦，广东汕头人，1957年毕业于华东艺专（南京艺术学院），字小蝶，号定山居士。他是旧文学家陈栩园的长子，女画家陈小翠的兄长。陈德曦擅长山水、花卉绘画，笔调轻盈，具有书卷气。他的作品包括《蝶野画谈》等。1981年后，陈德曦移居香港特别行政区，并在香港中文大学等机构担任教职。
