原料：栗子400克，瘦肉200克

配料：淮山25克，葱花

调料：油、盐各适量

制作过程

1.栗子剥壳后用开水浸泡去衣，瘦肉切成块状。

2.以上原料连同淮山一起放入煲内，用5碗水，煮至瘦肉软熟。

3.加盐调味，装入汤碗即可饮用。
