位于瑞安市大京洋大京底村，朱棣永乐元年（1043），户部侍郎卓敬下诏狱，不屈被杀，其兄弟避难居此。赵顼万历初始平反昭雪，奉诏建府第、立祠庙享祭。今犹存正房、庭院和墙垣等建筑。
