岭背水库位于福建连城县朋口镇上冯村。1996年10月动工，1998年12月竣工。

水库集雨面积7.0平方公里，库容15.8万立方米。水库坝型为浆砌石圆筒型拱坝。坝高13.5米，坝顶弧长24米，坝顶溢洪道宽17.8米，最大下泄流量77.2立方米/秒，灌溉面积13.33公顷。
