王永康，大荔县人。1932年9月参加革命，1936年3月加入中国共产党，1981年5月离职休养。曾任陕西省石油化工规划设计院党委副书记、副院长。

2007年5月20日在沈阳市逝世。

陕西省经济委员会离休干部、老红军王永康同志（正厅级待遇）因病医治无效，于2007年5月20日在沈阳逝世，享年95岁。
